Legal charges will be filed up to 3 times the initial payment amount and report to all credit agencies. Registermymusic agrees to distribute your music, artwork and links in correspondence with your campaign. We strongly suggest all clients copyright their music prior to starting a radio or marketing campaign. Registermymusic does not accept any responsibility for literary or musical artwork that

is directly or indirectly infringed upon by third parties. Registermymusic does not and will not guarantee it's client success and will only agree to provide the service specified in each campaign. All fm campaigns are created according to budget, desired markets, music and client specifications. Signed contract is required for all fm radio campaigns.

Terms of service constitute an agreement between Registermymusic and "you" the client. You acknowledge that use of any Registermymusic services or clicking the "accept", "purchase" or similar buttons constitutes your "electronic signature" and desire

to enter into a binding legal agreement with Registermymusic. Electronic signature is significant to bind you contractually with Registermymusic and by clicking the "accept" or other similar buttons; you expressively waive any rights or requirements, in any jurisdiction, that would otherwise require non-electronic documentation.

The information you provide about yourself and music is only used to complete your radio or promotional campaign. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the campaign. We use return email addresses correspondence, weekly airplay reports, updates and special offers. Email addresses are not used for any other purpose are NOT shared with outside parties.
